What makes Xero Shoes different from traditional athletic footwear?
Xero Shoes are designed with a 'foot-first' philosophy. They feature a wide toe box to let your toes spread, a non-elevated 'zero-drop' heel for proper posture, and a flexible sole that allows your feet to bend and move naturally while providing essential protection.
How do I find my correct size in Xero Shoes?
Most of our styles fit true to size, but some models may run small or large. We recommend checking the 'Sizing' tab on each specific product page for detailed fit advice and measurement charts to ensure the perfect barefoot experience.
What is the 5,000-mile sole warranty?
We stand by the quality of our FeelTrue® rubber outsoles. If you wear your soles down to less than 1mm thick at the ball or heel before 5,000 miles, we will replace the shoes for a nominal cost. Please register your purchase on our website to qualify.
Are Xero Shoes vegan-friendly?
The vast majority of our product line is 100% vegan-friendly. We do not use animal products in our glues or dyes. You can use the 'Vegan' filter on our shop page to browse all available animal-free styles.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your shoes. We offer a 45-day window for returns or exchanges on products in 'like-new' condition. For domestic orders within the US, we provide easy-to-use prepaid shipping labels through our online returns portal.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
