We want you to love your Xero Shoes, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 45 days of purchase. Please ensure the footwear is in its original, unworn condition and includes all original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a convenient drop-off at a participating carrier location.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
